El pan d’na volta is the story of an ancient bakery based in Mondovì and of a baker who promised to take the hot bread out of the owen every day and to preserve its fragrance and naturalness.


All nights are spent to find the best recipes to prepare bread, pizzas and cakes without preservatives and only with the use of yeast in the kneading in a traditional way.
